My name is Robert Fortich, and I am a Realtor with RE/MAX Preferred, proudly serving Sevierville and the surrounding counties. I believe every client deserves exceptional service, which is why I bring a client-first approach, strong attention to detail, and clear communication to every transaction.

With years of hands-on experience in home building, rental management, and home sales, I understand the real estate process from multiple perspectives. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current property, or searching for an investment or vacation home, my goal is to make the experience as smooth, enjoyable, and rewarding as possible.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll often find me grilling, enjoying a good cigar, and spending quality time with friends and family. I also enjoy playing golf, especially when it's an opportunity to get to know my clients on the golf course while learning about their goals, dreams, and vision for their future home. I believe some of the best conversations happen outside the office.

One of my greatest passions is volunteering at the Sevierville Animal Care Center. I love spending time with the dogs, playing with them, giving them the love and attention they deserve, and taking them to their veterinary appointments. Helping these wonderful animals find loving, forever homes brings me tremendous joy.
